Effective Date: April 23, 2026
Vmonos ("Vmonos," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through vmonos.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.
By using the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you use our Site, including when you submit a request for a travel itinerary.
This may include your name, email address, destination, travel dates and times, trip preferences and interests, information about other travelers included in your submission, free-form notes or special wishes, and any other information you choose to submit through our forms.
We may also automatically receive limited technical information from your browser or device, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referral source, pages visited, and basic server or hosting logs.
We do not currently use the Site to process payments.
We use the information we collect to review and process itinerary requests, generate custom travel itineraries, send itineraries or related communications by email, operate and maintain the Site, troubleshoot technical issues, protect against misuse or spam, and comply with legal obligations.
To generate itineraries and operate the Site, we use third-party service providers, including Formspree for form collection, Gmail for email delivery, Vercel and Netlify for hosting, and AI systems such as ChatGPT and Claude for assistance.
These providers may process information on our behalf for purposes such as receiving your submission, routing or storing form data, generating itinerary content, hosting the Site, delivering emails, monitoring basic website traffic, and maintaining the reliability and security of our services.
We do not sell your personal information.
If you submit information about friends, family members, children, or other travel companions, you represent that you have permission to share that information with us for the purpose of generating the itinerary.
Please provide only the minimum information reasonably necessary for itinerary planning.
The Site is intended for use by adults and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not permit children under 13 to submit information directly through the Site. In some cases, an adult user may choose to provide limited information about a child, such as an age range or travel interests, as part of a trip-planning request. Please avoid submitting a child's full legal name unless it is truly necessary for the request.
If you believe information about a child under 13 has been submitted to us inappropriately, contact us at info@vmonos.com and we will review and delete it as appropriate.
We do not currently use the Site for advertising-based tracking. We do use Vercel to monitor website visits and basic site performance. Our hosting providers, form provider, or other technical vendors may also use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to function, secure forms, prevent spam, or improve delivery and performance.
If we later use analytics, advertising tools, or other non-essential tracking technologies, we may update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide additional notice or consent options.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Site and deliver itineraries, with AI providers used to generate content, when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the security of the Site, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes unless we tell you otherwise.
We retain your personal data for up to 18 months from your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or operational reasons. During that period, we may use your data to process itinerary requests, generate and send itineraries, respond to inquiries, maintain business and technical records, and operate the Site.
Submission data may also remain stored through our third-party form provider, Formspree, in accordance with its systems and retention practices unless deleted earlier through our process or Formspree settings.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@vmonos.com. We will review and process deletion requests within 60 days, subject to any legal, security, or operational reasons that may require limited retention.
We may retain and use personal data for a longer period where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and policies, or protect our legal rights.
You may contact us at info@vmonos.com to request access to information you submitted, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your information, subject to legal or operational exceptions.
If we send non-essential follow-up emails, such as feedback requests, you may opt out by contacting us directly or by using any unsubscribe method provided in the message.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we receive. However, no website, email transmission, AI platform, or data storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If you are a California resident, you may have privacy rights under California law, including the right to request access to certain personal information we collect about you and the right to request deletion of certain personal information, subject to exceptions. At this time, Vmonos is a small early-stage service and may not be subject to all California privacy law thresholds, but we aim to respond to privacy requests in a reasonable manner. To submit a request, contact info@vmonos.com.
